  • Above Average skills in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects at one time
  • Ability to think outside the box and find constructive solutions
  • Team player

Job Title: Logistics Specialist

Position Summary:

The normal functions for this position require processing of data from various sources, compiling and enter the data electronically.

Candidate must be able to communicate clearly with other departments and co-workers.

Essential Functions:

+ Accurately processing transfer orders for movement of inventory

+ Receiving Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders (PO) in system

+ Tracking of inbound and outbound rental pallets at production facility to ensure all are accounted for

+ Processing scheduling requests for both inbound and outbound shipments with carriers

+ Assisting with cycle count process including activating counts, ensuring data is capture and manually entering if needed

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 2 + year's related experience

+ Technical: Above Average skills in Microsoft Office required. Emphasis on Excel.

+ Multi-tasking: ability to work on multiple priorities and projects at one time and meet deadlines

+ Problem Solver: Ability to think outside the box and find constructive solutions

+ Team player: Respects solutions that are efficiently and effectively found through collaboration and cooperation

Position is full time Monday through Friday 40 hours 8:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay rate varies with experience.
