Responsibilities
- Work with Production Supervisors to coordinate shift turnover.
- Coordinate personnel to the appropriate jobs based on Supervisors recommendations.
- Coordinate work instruction for specific jobs based on Supervisors recommendations.
- Monitor Production work requests and documentation.
- Identify and monitor witness inspection and hold points and verify their completion.
- Coordinate material paperwork and tagging procedures.
- Assist with quality control and fabrication procedures.
- Assist with material moves by tracking moving material from workstations and operations.
- Assist Supervisors with safety walkthroughs by conducting observations of work, looking for safety violations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist Shop Managers, Supervisors, Product Line Managers, and Quality Assurance with quality, production, and safety surveillance.
- Assist QA by tracking rework, non-conforming conditions, deviation reports, conducting minimal investigations into root cause and assisting QA Engineers with identifying quality errors.
Qualifications
Required
- 4-year degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Nuclear preferred)
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to read blueprints

The Adjunct Supervisor will assist with oversite of production operations. They must be detail oriented, possess strong mechanical skills, and demonstrate advanced math and computer skills.
Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties:
+ Work with Production Supervisors to coordinate shift turnover.
+ Coordinate personnel to the appropriate jobs based on Supervisors recommendations.
+ Coordinate work instruction for specific jobs based on Supervisors recommendations.
+ Monitor Production work requests and documentation.
