Qualifications
Required
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Must be reliable and professional
- 1-2 years custodial or porter experience
- Good Interpersonal and great verbal communication skills to interact with other teammates, residents, and property management
- Ideal candidates must be punctual and a team player

Schedule: Sunday 8am-11am AND Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
Pay: $15.00/hr.
General duties include but not limited to:
- Dust, clean high touch surfaces, windows, mirrors, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum all common areas in the building and residential floors.
- Outdoor responsibilities: Pick up debris and clean up grounds along the perimeter of the building.
- Respond to cleaning issues within the building.
- Restock restrooms and amenities.
