Responsibilities
- Assists professional nursing personnel by performing non-clinical routine functions of nursing care to residents.
- Gives prompt and efficient assistance to nursing personnel in performance of duties and care of residents under the supervision of RN, LPN, or Nursing Supervisor.
- Follows established policies and procedures.
- Treats residents' information as confidential.
- Cooperates with other personnel.
- Supports a positive environment and promotes system cooperation and morale.
- Recognizes problems and identifies workable solutions.
- Seeks out relevant information and effectively prioritizes tasks.
- Demonstrates appropriate follow-up and learns from mistakes.
- Takes ownership of decisions and actions.
- Makes resident beds.
- Internal transports residents.
- Answers resident call lights.
- Delivers resident food trays.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to get along with residents of various cultures and backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
+ High school or equivalent (Preferred)
+ US work authorization (Preferred)
