- Coach and task-manage employees on store operations
- Offer opinions and recommendations to the General Manager
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to work a 40 hours a week
- Availability for day shifts and night shifts
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout shifts

Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. This is a Bonus-eligible position that requires excellent availability.
**Benefits:**
+ Bonuses are paid to Assistant Managers who help to run their stores effectively and keep COGS and labor percentages within set goal amounts
+ Eligible to immediately receive health, dental and vision benefits if hired as a full-time manager
+ 10 days paid vacation time
+ First in line to be considered for open General Manager positions

**Requirements:**
+ Ability to work a 40 hours a week
+ DAY SHIFTS AND NIGHT SHIFTS ARE REQUIRED
+ MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY
+ At least 18 years of age
+ Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
+ Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver positions, as needed
+ Ability to handle fast-paced situations in the store
+ Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
+ Willing to coach and task-manage employees on store operations
+ Willing to offer opinions and recommendations to the General Manager
