Full Job Description

A Sonic Assistant Manager is charged with managing the productivity of our Cooks, Fountains, Crew Members and Skating Carhops to provide the highest level of customer service. Some of the duties include:

Training, monitoring, coaching and encouraging

Directing and assigning tasks to Sonic employees

Ensuring outstanding customer service

Following and monitoring compliance with operational standards

Following and monitoring compliance with food safety procedures

Following and monitoring compliance with security policies

Maintaining and adjusting staffing levels

Maintaining a clean Sonic Drive-In

Performing opening, closing, inventory, and administrative tasks

Respectfully addressing employee and customer issues

Exhibiting and encouraging a sense of urgency

Being a part of out Team and helping out wherever needed
