- Inspects all returned tools and equipment at the end of each day for damages
- Ensures all locks are secured at the end of each work day
- Understands and follows MCR and OSHA safety policies and applicable laws
- Achieves production rates and quality standards as set forth by the industry and MCR
- Uses measuring tape accurately to the nearest fraction of an inch
- Helps monitor pedestrian traffic near work zone
- Works high above the ground from a variety of scaffolding, lifts and rooftops
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to travel throughout the territory to assigned projects
- Capability to keep crew members supplied with necessary materials, tools, ice water, etc.

- Knowledge of mixing mortar per job requirement
- Experience in lubricating, cleaning, fuelling and overseeing operation of equipment
- Proficiency in operating a variety of hand and power tools
- Organizational skills for maintaining job site trailers, trucks and gang boxes
- Attention to detail for inventorying tools and equipment
- Understanding of MCR and OSHA safety policies and applicable laws
- Achievement of production rates and quality standards

- Comfortable working high above the ground from scaffolding, lifts and rooftops
