*We are looking to hire mature adults, in your area, to work in beautifully decorated model homes.
*This Host type position includes meeting, greeting, and directing visitors through model homes. Assignments may range from 2 to 3 days per week.

*Model Home Host Job Description*

Employment Requirements

- Be a self-starter, personable, professional, and love meeting new people
- Have a minimum of 3 consecutive days of weekday availability
- Be available for same day assignments and occasional weekends
- Complete a minimum of 64 assignment hours per calendar month
- Agree to use your personal smartphone device and agree to install company provided app

Position Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid drivers license
- Excellent and prompt verbal and written communication skills
- Commit to a full 9-hour day without leaving the community
- Reliable transportation that will remain on property with you
- Agree to accept assignments within a 20-mile radius of your home
- Stand and or walk for 20+ minutes at a time including climbing stairs unassisted

Salary

- $10.00 Per Hour (Paid Bi-Weekly)
