Qualifications
Required
- Minimum: Radiology Technology program in AMA approved 2 year program or AAS degree in Radiologic Technology.
- NYS license
- Certification in ARRT
- Completion of 24 month course by a recognized AMA approved school in Radiology
- Broad background in all technical areas of Diagnostic Radiology
- Demonstrated competence in diagnostic Radiology
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling
- Computer literacy
Preferred
- 1-2 years experience in related radiology fields

+ POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs diagnostic radiographic studies and requested. Performs Infection Control according to Universal Precautions. Radiologic Technologist shall have the ability to provide care to infant, neonatal, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients. Call is required.
