ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

*Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following.

+ Answer all incoming calls

+ Transfer calls to appropriate department, when needed

+ Schedule appointments for all physicians

+ Confirm appointments for all physician, when required

+ Cover telephone operator daily

+ Become proficient in all procedures performed by the physicians

+ Provide callers with general information about the physicians and procedures that are performed.

+ Willing to work additional hours and weekends, when required
