Humach is now hiring remote sales representatives to join our contact center team. Ideal M-F, work schedules.

Skills & Requirements:

• 6 months previous sales experience required.
• Experience with customer retention preferred.
• Experience with email correspondence.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and use key principles to improve process and retention techniques.
• Team oriented and a strong individual performer that shares best practices with other members.
• Adept at using sales and retention strategies through brand building techniques.
• Committed to understanding and exercising a mastery of each products benefits and/or value proposition to customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to demonstrate conversational skills.
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM.
• Attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Prioritize assignments and deadlines with the ability to be flexible to meet the most urgent task.
• Quiet, secure and uninterrupted home work environment.
• Reliable phone, internet, and ethernet connection.
• Proficient typing and computer skills in fast pace environment.
• Comfortable in learning and using digital tools.
• Self Disciplined.
• Ability to work independently and avoid distractions.
• Self Motivated.
• Wired headset and ethernet connection required.
