- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Driving record with no more than 6 points.
- Ability to demonstrate 100-foot straight line backing, Driver-side back into a dock, Straight-back into a Dock, Blind-Side back into a Dock, Proper coupling & uncoupling of the trailer, Proper Boom, and 5th wheel operation, Proper movement of trailer tandems.

**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs at a time.
+ Prolonged periods sitting in a trailer cab for long periods of time.
