We are seeking a Customer Service/ Office Assistant person to help drive company success. You will be helping customers with

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers at front counter (setting up orders, helping with product knowledge, ringing customers up)
  • Develop inventory management
  • Data entry (inputting all invoices in system)
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
