Responsibilities
- Work in an academic teaching hospital with 8 fellow trained anesthesiologists, 15 CRNAs, and 33 residents.
- Handle a full spectrum of case-mix, including 100% pediatric cases or a mix of pediatrics and adults.
- Staffing model is 1-2 for OR locations with resident teaching and 1-4 for secondary locations without teaching.
- Pre and post-call day off with a 1:6 call rotation.
- Daily schedule based on out-list, depending on who is first in and first out, second in/out, etc.

- $438,000 Guaranteed Starting Salary with
- Proven Annual Income of Up To $569,900.
- Compensation is Salary + Annual Incentives - Examples below:
- Benefit Adjustment $13,570
- Supplemented CME - $6,000
- Cell Phone Allowance - $960
- Pension Plan - (Employer Contribution no Payroll Deduction) $46,457 Annually
- Up to $40,000 Annually for Incentivized Clinical IncomeUnused Sick Days are Paid Out
- End of Year productivity Bonus
- Including Additional Pay for Call
- $15,000 for Sign On and Relocation
- 29 Days of PTO + 14 days of CME

- Academic Teaching Hospital - Must be open to working w/ residents
- 8 Fellow Trained Anesthesiologists + 15 CRNAs + 33 Residents

- It’s a 1-2 staffing model as that is required in OR locations with resident teaching. The staffing model at the secondary location is 1-4 as there is no teaching. (1 faculty to 4 CRNAs)
- Pre and Post-Call Day Off -- 1:6 Call Rotation
- Daily Schedule: Based on Out-List - Depends on who is 1st IN and 1st OUT, 2nd IN/ OUT etc.
