Qualifications

Required

  • Extensive experience using IBM's Enterprise Asset Management system Maximo
  • Solid working knowledge of IT systems, databases and project management software utilized in the accomplishment of assignments (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint software), and SharePoint
  • Ability to learn unique applications (e.g. Cable Express, Diplomatic Security Bureau Applications, and information guides)
  • Ability to organize material and complete writing assignments according to set standards
  • Analytical skills and ability to develop written reports, timelines, and presentations depicting the status of regional programs
  • Skill to manage multiple and sometimes unrelated projects, identify and analyze scheduling issues, develop alternative implementation options, and coordinate the recommendations and findings with DOS personnel
  • Skills communicating requirements, ideas and recommendations and preparing reports and other documentation
  • Two year degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Skill in customer relations
  • Experience interacting with senior level managers
  • Extensive knowledge of Technical Security Systems (TSS) currently employed at DOS posts worldwide

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:**
