  • Have the authority to make legally binding commitments on behalf of the Contractor.
  • Acknowledge all verbal or written correspondence from the COR within four business hours.
  • Resolve issues within four business hours, with the date and time of resolution by mutual agreement.

**Kiliuda Consulting, LLC** , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Program Manager** to support our government client in Washington, DC.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ The program manager is not required to be on-site, unless requested for a specific meeting, and is not a direct charge position under this contract.

+ The program manager shall be capable of effectively communicating both orally and in writing and shall maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of the Contractor's original proposal, the terms and conditions of this contract and any contract modifications signed or pending signature.

+ The program manager shall stay fully appraised of the status of all tasks through regular meetings or correspondence with the Contractors on-site team lead(s).

+ The program manager shall be the main point-of-contact for the COR to discuss any contractual issues that may arise during the base and all option years of this contract.

+ The program manager shall have the authority to make legally binding commitments on behalf of the Contractor.

+ The program manager is required to acknowledge all verbal or written correspondence from the COR within four business hours.The date and time associated with a complete resolution of the issue will be by mutual agreement, unless the COR designates otherwise.
