Maintain an environment of professionalism and exceptional customer service. Exhibit leadership for other workers, acting as a strong example for how they should work. Ensure smooth day-to-day operation and hold a notable presence among both staff and management; both listening to feedback and suggestions of staff, while also presenting personal suggestions. Help ensure adequate supplies are available for all staff to do their jobs effectively. Uphold all standard operating procedures, and hold staff accountable.

40 hours a weekly, 1+ years experience required. Available weekend days and some holidays. ServSafe is a plus. Must be a team player and experience in a deli of cafe environment is a plus! Pay depends on experience. Bonuses and other perks will become available based on your longevity with our organization.
