  • Write quarterly progress reports
  • Interact with funding source contacts
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA’s)
  • Provide parent training
  • Ongoing and new hire training

Qualifications

Required

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
  • M.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education and enrolled or willing to enroll in BCBA coursework for supervisor role
  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Education or related field
  • 1 + years supervisory experience
  • At least 2 years working with children with Autism using ABA methods
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience with VB-MAPP and Vineland standardized assessments

This person must be driven to acquire new skills in a fast-paced environment and transfer those skills to staff and families through effective hands-on training.   • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
