Job Summary

Our home care agency is rapidly expanding and we are hiring a CNA/PCA effective immediately. We work with patients of all ages and backgrounds who require daily care in their homes. Most of our patients are elderly and/or terminally ill, so we hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field. Responsibilities and Duties

Typical duties for a PCA, CNA or Personal Care Aide with Home Nurse include :

• Grooming
• Dressing
• Bathing
• Incontinence
• Ambulatory Assistance
• Oral Hygiene
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Reminders
• Light Housekeeping
• Errands
• Monitor Vitals
• Diet
• Nutrition and Exercise
• Grocery Shopping Transportation
• Laundry
• providing companionship, socialization and emotional support for our clients in their homes.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

• 12+ months experience working in a health care facility or home care is preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening
• Sex Offenders Registry Background Clearance
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant

Required Credentials:

• CNA certification in the State of Georgia
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• TB/PPD
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Dependable transportation to/from and for use at work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 /hour
