- Recommend the most appropriate loan products for different investment scenarios.
- Leverage existing network and experience to establish and nurture relationships with mortgage investors.
- Collaborate with clients to structure loan deals that align with their investment strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Educate clients about the intricacies of investment property financing, market dynamics, and relevant regulations.
- Ensure that all loan origination processes adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, and progress.
- Address any concerns or challenges that may arise during the loan origination process.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to find effective solutions.
Qualifications
Required
- Significant experience (typically a minimum of 3-5 years) in mortgage lending, with a focus on investment properties and working with mortgage investors.
- In-depth knowledge of various investment property financing options.
- Established network of mortgage investors and industry professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze investment opportunities, property values, and potential risks.
- Up-to-date understanding of real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to mortgage lending.
- Effective pipeline management and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.
- Willingness to work under Freedom Legacy Corp's lending license for Investment Loans.
