Responsibilities
- Regularly clean and sanitize residents' rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.
- Handle residents' laundry, including washing, folding, and ensuring prompt return of personal clothing and linens.
- Change bed linens and make beds to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lounges, dining areas, hallways, and recreational spaces.
- Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste throughout the facility.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items, and report any shortages or needs.
- Assist residents with keeping their personal belongings organized and in good condition.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect the privacy and dignity of residents.
- Respond promptly to any urgent cleaning or maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to address residents' needs.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines related to cleaning and sanitation in healthcare settings.

We are seeking an Assisted Living Manager to become a part of our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate health services
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
āQualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirement:
- Must have a CNA or HCA license, or be willing to get one.
- The individual is either familiar with or willing to familiarize themselves with the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) and Revised Code of Washington (RCW) pertaining to assisted living facilities.
