Idolize Brows and Beauty, a specialty spa in East Hanover, NJ, is searching for a
motivated and professional Esthetician with a great personality to join our team!

Estheticians (Lash Artist) who apply for this position will need to have experience in the following areas and a
willingness to learn our brand's techniques.

• Full body waxing
• Facials and Chemical Peels
• Lash and brow tinting
• Lash Lifts / Lash Artist
• Brow Henna

Below are just some of the responsibilities of our Estheticians:

• Engage and educate guests throughout the day about skin care, lashes, and services offered.
• Educate guests on the esthetic services provided.
• Provide complimentary face-mapping services when not in providing a service in treatment
room.
• Provide consistent and high quality services to guests such as facials, waxing, lash lifts, lash
and brow tinting, brow henna, lash extensions, and chemical peels
• Maintain cleanliness of the spa. Our estheticians are responsible for their treatment room
and assisting the team with the rest of the spa.
• Process transactions using the POS system
• Assist in answering phones and booking appointments
• Suggest and sell retail items based off of the guests’ needs

Requirements:
• Current NJ Esthetician license
• Self-motivation to go out and promote Idolize brand

Working Interview will be required, please be prepared to bring an additional person during your
practical interview.
