We are looking for an experienced cook to help cover open shifts. Majority of the needs will be on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Summary:

+ Performs a variety of duties related to the production and assembly of hot food. Performs advanced cooking and reheating and cleaning and sanitation as required.

Responsibilities:

+ Production of stock and cream based soups.

+ Advanced knife skills in slicing, chopping.

+ Ability to produce consistent sauces and gravies as required.

+ Advanced roasting, sautéing, and grilling.

+ Ability to process, store and thaw food in compliance with local and federal regulations.

+ Daily sanitation and cleaning of work stations.

Credentials:

+ CFP Serv-Safe Food Protection (Required)

Education or Equivalent Experience:

+ H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)

+ And 1+ years Food production experience, preferably in a health care institution Education Specialization:
