Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team.

  • Experience in sales.

The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in scheduling of Sales Associates, completion of payroll, meeting sales, production, and expense budget goals to maintain a profitable operation, and ensure that the store is well stocked and all production is properly displayed on the sales floor. The Assistant Store Manager will also receive applications, participate in interviewing as needed, assist in training, direction and supervision of personnel, and assist with regular evaluations of store personnel to identify performance strengths and areas for development.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to motive a team. Experience in sales preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
