Qualifications

Required

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Valid medical license to practice in Ohio
  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
  • New graduates and experienced providers are both encouraged to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in being a part of leadership committees or councils
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems

Full Job Description

We are looking for a board eligible/certified Family Medicine Physician to join our experienced and established family medicine practice located in Sylvania, Ohio (minutes from Toledo).

Conveniently located inside of the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center
Practice consists of 5 Physicians and 2 APPs
Office hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Minimal practice call is included
Conduct both in-office and virtual visits

ProMedica Health and Wellness Center

ProMedica Health and Wellness Center was designed to improve our patients' health and well-being by bringing essential medical services under one roof. The three-story, 230,000-square-foot facility houses primary care and specialty physician offices, radiology and laboratory services, a pharmacy, a walk-in clinic, and community room for educational programs.
