*What will you do as a Shift Leader?*

* Assist with the day-to-day operation of our sports bars

* Support and oversee the performance of our hourly staff

* Ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional experience for our sports fans

* Utilize your communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

* Adapt to changes and prioritize tasks effectively

*Requirements:*

* Excellent communication, delegation, and time-management skills

* Strong negotiation and mediation abilities

* Proven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

* 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred

* High school diploma or GED

* General knowledge of a full-service restaurant

* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

*What will be provided:*

* Food safety training

* Responsible alcohol service training

* Hourly position overview training

* Shift Leader Basics training
