Patient Care Specialist (PCS) Professionals can be expected to do:

Below is a list but not limited to the duties included in job description:

~ Be on time every day every time with professionalism to provide care and support

~ Must up show for work when scheduled

~ Arrive at client’s home (this a traveling position)

~ Follow guidelines and adhere to N2N Care patients’ care agreement

~ Help patients meet their daily living goals

~ Provide quality care with a healthy environment

~ Build trust and a relationship with patients

~ Prep meals

~ Clean home

~ Transport to and from appointments

~ Laundry duties as needed

~ Daily activities with patient; such puzzles, board games, and interact in conversation

~ Document in patients daily living booklet in detail

~ Must always be awake while working with patients

~ Must answer phone or text by employer

~ Hours will vary day to day based on patients’ needs for care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13-18 (Based on experience)

Schedule:

~ 4–12-hour shifts

~Day shift, Evening shift, Night shift

~ Work Holidays

~ Overtime
