Heavy Equipment Mechanic

Turtle Infrastructure Partners is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team located in Brooksville. This is a great position for a self-motivated, hardworking, individual who enjoys challenges while continuing to learn about equipment and technology. This position will be responsible for assisting in the repair of asphalt milling equipment, tractors, and mowing equipment. Candidates with previous experience with milling machines will be at the top of the pay range.

You must be proficient at maintaining, diagnosing, rebuilding, and repairing equipment. Preventive maintenance work and inspections of all equipment prepare/maintain work records and reports of all work done.

Minimum 40-hour work week plus overtime paid weekly.

Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.

$1,500.00 Signing Bonus at 90 days!

Job Requirements, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Driver's license required.

• Supply own tools.

• Routine maintenance & service of asphalt milling machines, paving equipment, trailers, service vehicles, tractors, mowers and diesel trucks.

• Repairs to equipment systems including hydraulic, electrical, water and air.

• Repairs & maintenance to undercarriage on tracked equipment.

• Fluid and filter services on all equipment & vehicles.

• Limited travel may be required for maintenance & repairs to equipment on job sites.
