Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with a multi-line phone system
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS Office Suite applications
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats

Preferred

  • Previous dispatch experience
  • Construction experience
  • Familiarity with Service Fusion
  • Notary Public

Reliable Electric is a reputable, well-established electrical contractor (80+ years in business) and is currently seeking a Dispatcher/Front Office Receptionist to join our team!

Summary:

Assists the department in daily activities; enters data, interacts with customers, answers/manages multi line phone system, and performs routine clerical duties in order to complete and/or maintain business records and reports; immediately reports all concerns to the Department Supervisor or Manager. Working hours 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday.

Education Level:
  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience Desired:
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Previous experience working with a multi-line phone system required
  • Construction experience a plus
