  • Orders replacement items through purchasing and works with vendors regarding repairs to existing equipment.
  • Submits receipts on a weekly basis to the corporate office for processing.
  • Perform any additional duties on an "as required" basis where such duties are within the scope of contractual responsibilities.
  • Issue reports and summaries as required.
  • Maintain appropriate records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.
  • Resolves clients' concerns, conducts follow-up calls and makes onsite visit inspections for satisfactory job performance.
  • Create estimates as needed. Helps with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience in the Operations and Maintenance of building operational systems including HVAC, Fire Suppression Systems, Environmental (to include Oil Water Separator Servicing) and Water Treatment procedures.
  • Proficiency with MS Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel, as necessary.
  • Valid Driver's License
