- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Develop and create new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and catering services
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure consistent quality of food presentation and taste
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen management principles and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative menu items
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
