The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Freelance Technical Recruiters to collaborate with our team and contribute to our growth. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to help build a robust pipeline for our open positions. As a Freelance Technical Recruiter, you will be working closely with our Recruitment team, and leveraging several software products to help manage processes and increase productivity. This is a fully remote position, you can be based in any location in LATAM.

The Job

Your qualifications and experience

Must have
  • 3+ years of recruitment full-cycle experience for software and product development staffing needs
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage dynamic priorities, resources, and time demands.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Upper-intermediate/Advanced English.
