Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's Degree accredited physical therapy assistant program
  • Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Michigan upon hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 90 days of hire
  • Driver's License in the state of Michigan upon hire

Job Summary

  • Participates in ongoing process improvement, patient satisfaction initiatives, program development and marketing activities.

Qualifications
  • Required Associate's Degree accredited physical therapy assistant program
  • LIC-Physical Therapist Assistant - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
  • LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
