Responsibilities / Tasks

2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance checks.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success. Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and escalate concerns when necessary.
4. Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients, keeping them informed about project progress, changes, and key decisions.
