Position Summary:
Vallen's Area Sales Manager is a staff management position responsible for coaching and directing the work of Account Specialists who are responsible for selling the organization's products and/or services. They formulate, and/or assist with formulating targeted sales strategies and provide guidance to the sales team to qualify and generate sales leads. They review and analyze customer data within their assigned territory to assess profitability and relationship quality.
