- Provide appropriate education and support for family members.
- Utilize judgment, knowledge, and understanding of patient and family needs when directing ancillary staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction (patient, family, physician, others).
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
- Be sensitive to the age-specific patient needs for comfort, privacy, and generalized care.
- Complete annual competency requirements specific to assigned area(s) of responsibility.
Qualifications
Required
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in field of Nursing
