Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 7+ years of automotive experience
• A drug test and a background check may be required before employment
• A valid Driver's License with a clean record is a MUST
• Extensive experience in automotive repair.
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosis and Repair:

   • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems.
   • Perform advanced repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and more.

2. Maintenance:

   • Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections.
   • Perform high-level maintenance tasks such as significant overhauls and system upgrades.

3. Customer Interaction:

   • Communicate findings and repair needs to service advisors and customers.
   • Provide detailed explanations of technical issues in layman’s terms.

4. Supervision and Training:

   • Mentor and supervise junior technicians.
   • Ensure that repair work meets dealership and factory standards.

5. Documentation:

   • Accurately document work performed and parts used.
   • Document records of maintenance and repairs for warranty and compliance purposes.

6. Safety and Cleanliness:

   • Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized.

Full-time and Part-time availability.

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour.

Guaranteed hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Experience level: Minimum of 5 years technical experience.

Available Shifts Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• 10-hour shift
• 12-hour shift
• Daily Overtime Available
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification: ASE, Technical Certifications, Technical School Diplomas

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN RECORD (Required)
