A Procurement Associate with 1-3 years of experience is responsible for supporting the procurement process for an organization.   • Assist in process and strategy improvements related to strategic sourcing, purchase-to-pay (P2P) services, procurement, contracts, and category management.
  • Serve as a resource on client projects and help ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Has exposure to some critical suppliers, problem resolution, identifying root causes, supporting root cause analysis/corrective actions.
  • Interact with internal and external customers and ensures satisfactory deliverables.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or other technical fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience within Supply chain management, commodity management, or procurement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Oracle; SAP.
  • Experience managing vendors.
  • Extreme customer-focus, both internal & external.
  • Collaborative team player
