  • Identifies changes in patient condition that require notification to the patient's registered case manager.
  • Takes vital signs to include temperature, pulse, heart rate, respiratory rate.

*Salary Range:*$19.50-$25.65

*Responsibilities*:

* Assists the patient with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding and dressing..

* Assists the client with exercises, ambulation, and transfer activities. This includes knowledge in use of assistive devices such as canes, walkers, crutches, and lifts.

* Independently assists the patient with meal preparation/cooking and/or feeding.
