**Our client, a leading Agribusiness company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative Specialist to join their growing Finance team.**

As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be a key part of the Accounts Payable and Receivable department, supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Job Title:** Accounts Payable Representative

**Location:** Onsite for the first few weeks, then predominantly remote with occasional visits to the office in Sycamore, IL

**Pay Range:** up to $24/hr

**What's the Job?**

+ Maintain accurate client files and recommend improvements to invoicing and collection processes.

+ Monitor invoice processing and ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from clients.

+ Review client documentation for proper system setup and compliance with accounting procedures.

+ Ensure proper recordkeeping for purchases to support tax preparation and audits.

**What's Needed?**

+ 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or AP/AR

+ High School diploma or GED (Associate's degree in a related field preferred)
