We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager with internal initiatives including new creative projects, inventor program, retail pitches, and product line reviews
  • Maintain project schedules and deliverables from project concept through completion
  • Ensure status of deliverables are clear and transparent
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on schedule
  • Manage all meetings for team; set up, take notes and provide action plans
  • Communicate on a daily basis with team to track status and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal resources and external partners to execute requests, seek approvals, and track timelines
  • Assist with department budget – liaise with vendors, open PO’s

Title: Paralegal

Duration: 3 + Months

Location: Universal City, CA


Pay Rate is $ 31 Hourly on w2

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years paralegal experience at a major law firm, or comparable studio or corporate experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with a wide range of personalities/styles.
  • Self-starter with a very strong work ethic and a high-level of motivation.
  • Proven ability to exercise proper judgment to assess priorities and to juggle a large volume of work efficiently and effectively, and meet multiple deadlines, with minimal supervision.

  • Flexibility with a proactive can-do approach.
  • Entertainment, media/technology, intellectual property, or other relevant subject matter expertise preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and review a high volume of intellectual property license agreements, and related documents, associated with the licensing and marketing of intellectual property content for consumer products.
  • Conduct research and draft memorandum outlining underlying rights for client’s film and television properties.
  • Correspond with internal business partners, other client’s legal departments, and external licensees.
  • Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Provide additional support to the group as needed.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
