- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on providing compassionate and quality care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clinical procedures and documenting patient information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
