  • Monitor and expedite sample development progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, merchandisers, and engineers, to develop innovative and high-quality home textile products.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors based on quality, cost-effectiveness, and capacity to meet production requirements.
  • Work closely with suppliers to achieve optimal cost and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience as a Product Development and Sourcing Manager in the home textile category.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing in Chinese languages to effectively communicate with local suppliers.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including planning, prioritizing, managing multiple tasks, and meeting corporate deadlines.
  • Experience working with mass retailers such as Target, TJ Maxx, Costco, Walmart.
