The Team Leader at Saje Natural Wellness is responsible for assisting in the coaching and development of Team Members, driving key business results, and ensuring all aspects of the in-store experience are delivered consistently and in alignment with the company's commitment to providing excellent service and spreading global wellness. Responsibilities

  • Authentically connect with customers and deliver consistent and exceptional service following the standards of our sales model, the Saje Experience.
  • GPOP (Get Product On People) to demonstrate our product, both inside and outside of the store, to drive awareness and understanding of Saje.
  • Educate on our products and on 100% natural wellness, to make wellness easy, accessible and inclusive for all.
  • Make bold recommendations to support the wellness needs of our customers, building baskets to create and expand on healthy habits centered on our products.
  • Contribute to a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.
  • Generate business results and achieve key KPIs including revenue and comp growth goals, AVS, IPT, traffic, conversion, loyalty program growth and labour targets.
  • Uphold presentation standards and partner with the visual merchandising team in order to impact merchandising opportunities and elevate the in-store experience.
  • Take a proactive and innovative approach to growing the business through strategic community outreach.
  • Display strong business acumen and analytical skills in order to grow the retail business.
  • Inspire and uplift your team through coaching, collaboration and by embodying our core values.
  • Create a team environment where all Team Members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.
  • Establish and maintain key communication rhythms including TB's and in the moment coaching.
  • Engage, develop and retain top talent by leveraging their expertise and unique skillsets.

Team Lead Description:

The Team Lead plays a pivotal role in driving store success while upholding the company's values of wellness, growth, and community. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coaching & Development: Guide and support team members to deliver exceptional service, fostering their growth through feedback and coaching.
  • Driving Results: Lead sales performance, boost productivity, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Store Manager to develop and execute business strategies around people, operations, merchandising, and community engagement.
