  • Understanding of industrial slab placement procedures
  • Understanding of industrial slab joint fillers
  • Understanding of slab curing products
  • Experience with flatwork trade tools, equipment and how they are utilized
  • Understanding of ready-mix testing & sampling
  • Knowledge of testing procedures for floor flatness outlined in ASTM 1155
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Able to climb a ladder

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction or Science Field
  • Spanish Speaker

**THE CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN THE WESTERN USA*****

The Ductilcrete Field Services Manager (West US) is a critical part of the overall sustainability and growth of the business. This position ensures our systems are installed properly, minimizing liability and supports top line growth though leveraging field support for added sales opportunities.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Works closely with the Ductilcrete organization in identifying opportunities for business and customer growth through improved field use of the Ductilcrete portfolio of products and systems and will leverage the field technical role for sales opportunity identification

+ Coordinates with management, sales teams and marketing to implement growth strategies and will work with the Technical Services Department on various development projects as well as effectively communicate field opportunities

+ Provides a full range of field technical support to the product line that will result in strong customer understanding and use of our products, reduce liability, and improve customer relations by providing the highest level of expertise available in the market

+ Ability to administer pre-pour meetings and project walk-throughs creating agendas as well as reports

+ Provides training to new licensees

+ Problem solves common concrete slab issues and works with licensees on suggested repair procedures

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is **$90,000** to **$150,000** per year, however the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an sales incentive bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is **$101,700** to **$169,500.** Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
