Responsibilities:
+ This position works from our Melrose Park Location at 2040 Indian Boundary Dr. Melrose Park, IL
+ Responsible for overseeing road service and trip performance measures, i.e. route start time, on-time performance, incidents, accidents, radio etiquette etc.
+ Responsible for dispatching and maintaining service
+ Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
+ Supervises, counsels, coaches, and trains dispatchers.
+ Monitors and evaluates operations activities. Ensures that drivers are performing assigned duties correctly and safely and meeting all job requirements.
+ Manage vehicle operator emergency situations & escalated calls.
+ Covers shifts as needed-Back up scheduler/dispatcher as needed.
+ Oversee scheduling process.
+ Manage department reports and other communication tools.
Requirements:
