\nKey Responsibilities:

\n+ Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.

\n+ Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

\n+ Resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.

\n+ Provide product and service information to clients.
\n
\n+ Update customer records and account information accurately.

\n+ Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

\n+ Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.

\n+ Assist with other duties as required.

\nRequirements:

\n+ High school diploma or equivalent.

\n+ 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.

\n+ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

\n+ Knowledge of the limousine or transportation industry is an asset.
