Full Job Description
40 hours per week (7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities include:
- Wide variety of tasks of difficulty relating to the electrical, mechanical, or construction trades;
- Installs, repairs, maintains, replaces, and rebuilds electrical fixtures, equipment and wiring systems;
- Installs, maintains, repairs, replaces, and rebuilds plumbing equipment and systems including, but not limited to, faucets, toilet fixtures, and drinking fountains;
- Makes repairs to HVAC equipment;
- Operates a low-pressure boiler, including plumbing, electrical and heating systems/equipment.
Job Qualifications
Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus three (3) years of paid experience as a skilled worker in one or more of the electrical, mechanical or contruction trades.
