**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Responsible for assisting the pharmacists in processing, preparing and dispensing prescription medications. Provide extraordinary customer service to all our patients via face to face and phone interactions. Professionally interact and communicate with Medical and Patient teams throughout the institution. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Six (6) months of recent (within the past two years) experience in a retail pharmacy with: Educational background in medical terminology, sig codes and computer use, previous customer service skills, previous patient interaction and communication skills, previous third party billing and computer experience including prior authorizations, prescription refills and inventory management.
