\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\n
\n+ High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.
\n
\n+ Experience as an Administrative Assistant
\n
\n+ Proficiency with windows-based software, including the use of the internet and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, and Excel.
\n
\n+ Ability to work with a high degree of integrity, sound professional judgment, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
\n
\n+ Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
\n
\n+ Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels using traditional methods plus electronic technology (e.g., video, audio, computers, etc.).
\n
\n+ Ability to relate effectively to co-workers, advisors, community, and professional leaders.
\n
\n+ Ability and willingness to work with diverse audiences and maintain cultural sensitivity
\n
\n+ Ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position.
\n
\n+ Must possess superior telephone/people skills to remain polite and professional under pressure.
\n
\n+ Ability to work a flexible work schedule based on the program's demands and staff needs.
\n

\n+ Ability to plan and organize personal work responsibilities according to priorities developed with the immediate supervisor

\nPOSITION DETAILS:

\nSalary: $25.96 per hour

\nSchedule: NON-EXEMPT - 40 Hrs. per week
